Connect your WhatsApp Business Account

Before you begin

• You will need a Facebook account that is an admin on the Business Portfolio you want to connect.
• You’ll be asked to create or select a WhatsApp Business Account and a phone number during the Meta flow.
• On successful connection, Rednom will be authorised to manage messaging and templates for the WABA, under the brand’s written instructions.

By connecting a WhatsApp Business Account, you confirm you have authority to do so and agree to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Rednom’s Terms and Privacy Policy.
