Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at rednom.in (the “Site”) and the services offered by Rednom Innovations (“Rednom”, “we”, “our”), a company registered in India with its office in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. By accessing the Site or using any Rednom service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Consumer brands operated by Rednom

Rednom operates consumer brands, including CeSqua. Each brand operates its own storefront and customer-facing services, and may publish its own terms and policies that apply in addition to, and in some cases instead of, these Terms with respect to that brand’s products and services. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a brand’s terms with respect to that brand’s products, the brand’s terms prevail for that specific context.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site in a way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, related systems, or any account not belonging to you.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing on third-party rights.
• Use automated means to scrape, copy, or collect data from the Site without our prior written consent.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Rednom or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

5. WhatsApp Business Platform integration

As part of our role as a Meta WhatsApp Business Platform Tech Provider, we may offer brands the ability to connect their WhatsApp Business Account to our infrastructure via an “Embedded Signup” flow. By completing that flow on behalf of a brand, the brand authorises Rednom to manage specified WhatsApp Business resources on its behalf, subject to the brand’s written instructions, applicable law, and Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Rednom’s role with respect to those brands is as their technology provider and data processor.

6. Third-party services

The Site links to and integrates with third-party services, including Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) and our hosting, analytics, and commerce providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rednom disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Rednom does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rednom and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you to Rednom (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rednom and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or services.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, applicable law, or the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, will survive.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
